Proprietary Systems, Proprietary Adapters We are opening Feazy Chat for Custom MCPs – tailor made adapters that allow organizations to make their internal systems available directly within the chat. The first adapters are now live – currently exclusive to the respective customer environments and without the need for public MCP servers. What does this mean in practice? Direct access to internal systems: ERP, CRM, ticketing, internal databases, or specialized software applications can be utilized in the chat via a dedicated MCP adapter. No public endpoints: Adapters run within the customer's environment. Data does not leave the controlled infrastructure.
